ExperienceInnovation™ | Aware is ideal for raising your people and organization’s awareness of human-centered thinking as an approach to problem-solving and innovation. Participants gain an understanding of the tools and mindsets of human-centered thinking. Participants leave our workshop with the ability to leverage deep customer empathy, radical collaboration and rapid experimentation in their everyday work.

ExperienceInnovation™ is a family of experiential design thinking workshops built in collaboration with IDEO that inspire and equip teams with the tools they need to innovate and creatively problem solve.

Anyone — regardless of their level, function or industry — can use the tools and techniques of human-centered thinking to drive innovation in their everyday work.
