While our approach to change management is linear, we recognize that change rarely in a straight line. So we've ensured that the principles of experience change are universal and compatible with many other models for change management. You'll be challenged to roll up your sleeves and work on a realistic change project, collaborating in small groups. You and your team will assess the situation. You'll start by focusing on people, which means gathering perspectives from a wide range of stakeholders, interpreting people's feelings and motivations, and understanding their organization's needs. Next, you'll review a model for change and collaborate on a plan that works within calendar and budgetary constraints. The plan will outline which tactics you'll use, as well as when and in what order to use them. You'll then implement your plan and get both qualitative and quantitative of feedback. You'll use this feedback for further iterations on your plan. Finally, you'll debrief to reflect on your team's decisions and celebrate your success You'll reflect on how team members behaved, handled decision making, and collaborated throughout the process.
