


An introductory workshop on the foundations of human-centered design and the habits of creative thinkers
Overview
In today's dynamic business world, we know that innovation is essential, but empowering your employees to think creatively and push boundaries is easier said than done. You need a reliable method to inspire fresh ideas, implement creative solutions, and become more customer centric. Experience innovation aware introduces your organization to essential design thinking techniques, mindsets, and behaviors in a fun engaging hands on format. Built in collaboration with Idio, this ninety minute workshop is a great entry point to becoming user and customer centric. You'll be introduced to six creative habits that will change the way you think about problems, thereby opening the door to innovative solutions. You'll learn how to find distinct sources of inspiration, build prototypes, and incorporate constructive feedback. You'll start by exploring new ways to incorporate customer perspectives into your everyday work. To inspire new thinking, you'll come up with a problem of your own and use an empathetic customer centric mindset to understand this problem with new found depth. Next, teams will imagine solutions. You'll generate many different ideas and learn how to the best possible idea to take forward. Finally, you will implement new ideas. You'll rapidly prototype your solution before test and validating it through feedback. Here's what some of our past clients have to say about the experience.
