Overview

Innovation and change aren’t one-time investments. Our training isn’t either.

Practice makes perfect. Workshops are an important introduction to new skills, but they’re only a first step toward changing mindsets and behavior. If you want to drive lasting impact at your organization, you need to practice your new skills and understand the diverse ways they can enhance your daily work.

That’s why we’ve launched Spark by ExperiencePoint™, a series of interactive episodes that provide thought-provoking ways of applying the key concepts of human-centered design and change. Each episode offers unique tools and methods that can help every member of your organization work more creatively and effectively every day. Spark by ExperiencePoint™ fortifies your training so that human-centered approaches to work are continually used and reinforced.

Anyone, regardless of their level, function or industry, can use the tools and techniques of human-centeredness to drive success in their everyday work.

Effective on its own, but most powerful when paired with one of ExperiencePoint’s ExperienceInnovation™ or ExperienceChange™ workshops

Delivered live, either virtually or in person, by an ExperiencePoint expert or anyone at your organization who wants to become certified

Built to accommodate remote and virtual teams via weekly live, digital and interactive 15-minute episodes delivered via Zoom and/or via on-demand episodes at a learner’s leisure
